– ARRIVE EARLY. Due to the unique design of this special event, all fans will be entering Moody Center through the Northeast Gates ONLY; The Dell Technologies Plaza, Southwest Gate, and West Gates will not be accessible. 
– Please allow yourself extra time for parking and ingress into the venue as congestion and long lines are expected.
– Guests with floor tickets can arrive and begin lining up at 4:00PM at the northeast corner of Moody Center near the VIP/ADA drop-off circle, closest to I-35.
– For fans driving to the event, it’s highly suggested to pre-purchase parking for Sunday as garages are expected to fill up quickly. Convenient parking options can be found here.
– As this event is on live television, fans should plan to be on the floor no later than 6:45PM as the event will start promptly.

GUESTS WITH STANDARD ADMISSION TICKETS
– ARRIVE EARLY. Due to the unique design of this special event, all fans will be entering Moody Center through the East Gates ONLY; The Dell Technologies Plaza, Southwest Gate, and West Gates will not be accessible. 
– Please allow yourself extra time for parking and ingress into the venue as congestion and long lines are expected.
– Doors will open at 5:30PM.
– For fans driving to the event, it’s highly suggested to pre-purchase parking for Sunday as garages are expected to fill up quickly. Convenient parking options can be found here.
– As this event is on live television, fans should plan to be in their seats by 6:45PM as the event will start promptly at 7:00PM.

DIGITAL TICKETS
To safeguard from fraudulent tickets and to improve entry time, Moody Center is a mobile-only ticketing venue. Your mobile phone is your ticket. Printouts or screenshots will not be permitted or work with ticket scanners.

EASY ENTRY FOR CMT MUSIC AWARDS

1. Access your digital ticket via the Moody Center app, Ticketmaster app, Google Pay Wallet, or Apple Wallet.
2. Scan the ticket barcode or tap your ticket via NFC at a ticket scanner.
3. You’re in!

The official Moody Center App is available for Apple and Android.

General Admission Floor tickets are restricted to guests 18 and older.

There are no age restrictions for Standard Admission tickets.

Fans will likely be seen on the live TV telecast, especially those on the floor and sitting in the lower bowl. Recommended attire is elevated country, but not formal.  If possible, guests should avoid wearing super bright or florescent colors and outfits with a lot of sequins. As a courtesy to other fans, consider leaving your cowboy hats at home as these can affect the sightlines of those seated behind you. 
 
For fans who have floor tickets, comfortable footwear is suggested as you will be standing for the full three-hour duration of the event.

Bags that are clear plastic and do not exceed 14″ x 14″ x 6″.

One-gallon clear resealable plastic storage bags.

Non-clear clutch bags or wallets must not exceed 5″ x 9″ x 1.5″.
