Clear Bag Policy

If necessary, guests are permitted to bring:

Mobile Ticketing

Your phone is your ticket. Add tickets to your Apple or Google wallet or transfer to friends before reaching the gate. 

1. Open the Moody Center app or Ticketmaster app
2. Scan your barcode or tap your Mobile Wallet Ticket with the ticket taker at the gate.
3. You’re in!

Cashless

Moody Center is a cashless facility. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit cards are accepted. 

Live Streaming Policy

Moody Center Venue Policy: Live Streaming & Equipment

To ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests and performers, the following policies apply within Moody Center:

• Live Streaming Prohibited
  Recording or transmitting any portion of an event via live streaming platforms (including but not limited to Facebook Live, Instagram Live, TikTok Live, Twitch, or similar services) is strictly prohibited.
• Prohibited Devices & Equipment
  Guests may not bring or use the following inside Moody Center:
  • Selfie sticks
  • Tripods, monopods, or any camera stands
  • Professional cameras with detachable lenses
  • Video or audio recording equipment
  • External lighting devices, including selfie lights, flash attachments, or ring lights (yes that means the “Alix Earle light”.
• Personal Photography
  Small, non-professional personal cameras and mobile devices are generally permitted for photography/videography, provided no flash, additional lighting, or detachable lenses are used. Use of such devices must not interfere with the experience of other guests or block sightlines.
• Enforcement
  Venue staff and security strictly enforce these policies. Moody Center actively monitors for live streaming during events, and security will promptly arrive at your seat to enforce this policy. Guests found in violation may have prohibited items confiscated and/or be subject to removal without refund.

Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited for use, possession, display, or distribution at, on, or within Moody Center:

• Professional Cameras, detachable lenses or external flash units, or recording equipment (aside from smartphones) for audio, image, or video recording purposes
• Weapons including guns, firearms, knives of any size, stunguns/tasers, bats or poles
• Noisemaking devices of any kind including whistles, air horns, vuvuzelas, and cow bells
• Laptops and tablets
• Bottles or cans of any kind, shape, or size, regardless of material and regardless of empty or full 
• Any other item deemed inappropriate or dangerous by Moody Center and its league affiliates, in their sole discretion
