GA PIT WRISTBAND TIMELINE

NO CAMPING ALLOWED – There is no benefit to individuals arriving at or near Moody Center prior to 9AM on show day.

GA PIT NUMBERED WRISTBANDS ARE FOR PRIORITY ACCESS ONLY. All GA Pit ticket holders will be allowed in to the pit, with or without a numbered wristband.

9:00am – 12:00pm – GA ticketholders can stop by on their day of show only to pick up a numbered wristband. You must show your ticket to enter the waiting area, and each person may only pick up one wristband. The wristband waiting area is noted on the map above in ORANGE. Wristbands will only be distributed after 9AM. Arriving prior to 9AM will not give you an advantage and may result in your relocation to the back of the line. Our goal is to keep the process fair and enjoyable. If the line gets a little hectic, our team may step in to help reorganize as needed. We appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation if adjustments are required!

4:00pm – 5:00pm – Fans with numbered wristbands can return and line up in order. The GA entry line is noted on the map above in BLUE at the Southwest Entrance. Any wristbands tampered with, will go to the back of the full GA line.

5:00pm – The pre-numbered line will officially close at 5PM. Anyone arriving after that time (with or without a wristband) will join the GA line behind the wristbanded group.

6:00pm – General doors open

1. Camping is strictly prohibited anywhere on the University of Texas property, including at or near Moody Center. No ticket holders are allowed on site prior to 9am day of show. U.T. Police Department will arrive on site to remove campers prior to each show day.
2. Fan-made wristbands will not be honored. For fairness, the venue will not engage with “line leaders”. For your safety, please be mindful that there is absolutely no benefit to camping.
3. Moody Center reserves the right to deny entry to any ticket holder for any reason. Disrespect toward staff, security, or fellow fans will not be tolerated.
4. Our team will be on site throughout the day to ensure a safe, organized, and exciting show experience. Thanks for your cooperation and for being part of two incredible days at Moody Center!
NO SIGNS ALLOWED
Bags that are clear plastic and do not exceed 14″ x 14″ x 6″.
One-gallon clear resealable plastic storage bags.
Non-clear clutch bags or wallets must not exceed 5″ x 9″ x 1.5″.
EARLY MERCH ACCESS – Moody Center – Dell Technologies Plaza
You do not need a ticket to access the outdoor merch tables on the plaza. There will be multiple merch stands inside.

Merch opens on Nov. 13 & 14 – 3:00pm
Prohibited: Recording equipment (aside from smartphones) – for audio, image, or video recording purposes (this includes professional cameras as well as cameras with detachable lenses regardless of length).

Permitted: Disposable cameras, Polaroids and cameras without detachable lenses.

Live Streaming Policy: Recording or transmitting any portion of an event via live streaming platforms (including but not limited to Facebook Live, Instagram Live, TikTok Live, Twitch, or similar services) is strictly prohibited at Moody Center.
