EARNING COINS
- When a member of the full-time Moody Center Staff sees you being ATXcellent while you are here working a shift, they will hand you a coin and tell you what you did that caught their attention.
DEPOSIT COINS IN THE BANK
- The coin bank is located in the NW lobby next to the time clocks.
- Take an envelope, *neatly* write your full name & department on the outside.
- Put any coins you earned that shift in the envelope and drop it in the coin bank.
- We will record the coins you earn to keep track of your totals.
CASHING IN YOUR COINS
- We will host in-person coin redemption days on the first non-basketball event of the month.
- Come to the OVG offices on Mezz level from 2-6pm to spend your coins.
- Please note that you will still need to be on time for your shift if working on a redemption day, please plan accordingly.
- If partaking at or after call time approval from manager is needed.
WHAT ARE THE PRIZES?
- We will continually update our prize inventory throughout the year
- You can expect items like: concert merch, concert posters, YETI items, gif cards, etc.
